Transcendental Psychosomatic Therapy System

TPTS – Transcendental Psychosomatic Therapy System is the integrative professional training I created at MindsetPRO Academy. It is built on a simple idea: almost every block is a conflict between parts, and lasting change happens when mind, body and energy are brought back into cooperation.

The complete training is now available as a recorded online course. I recorded it during the 2026 live edition: Levels 1 and 2 online, and Level 3 in person at my center in Girona, where we worked with all the materials. You follow it at your own pace, from wherever you are, with lifetime access.

This training is for therapists, coaches and holistic practitioners who want to work at a deeper level with mind, body and energy, and who want practical tools they can apply with clients straight away. Each level combines clear explanations, live demonstrations with real participants and practice sessions, so you not only understand the techniques, you see exactly how to apply them.

The three levels build on each other. You can take them one by one at your own pace, or join the complete pathway from the start and save.

LEVEL 1 – THE AWAKENING

Mind–Body Reset & Energy Alignment

Level 1 is the foundation of the system. Here you learn to reset the nervous system and work safely with emotions and energy, with tools you can use in your sessions from day one. Rather than following a rigid script, you learn to observe verbal and non-verbal cues and choose the right tool at the right moment.

LEVEL 2 – THE TRANSFORMATION

Subconscious Navigation & Identity Integration

In Level 2 you learn to accompany deep inner processes, from root-cause discovery to full transformation, while holding a safe, structured space for your client. We work with the inner conflicts that keep a person stuck and with the moments in their history where those conflicts began.

→ Human development and personality: temperament, character and how inner conflict begins in childhood and adolescence

→ Parts therapy: identifying subpersonalities, facilitating inner dialogue and resolving internal conflict

→ Dr. Fredric Schiffer's dual-brain method: working with the "troubled" and the "mature" mind

→ Brainspotting and the NLP Visual Squash for parts integration

→ Regression to cause: age, prenatal and symbolic regression, guided safely and without retraumatising the client

→ Future progression and identity alignment

→ The adaptive session: combining parts work, EFT, One Eye Integration, Brainspotting and hypnosis in one fluid, client-led process

LEVEL 3 – THE EMBODIMENT

Somatic Intelligence & Vibrational Healing

The final stage of TPTS. Here we move deeper into the body, working with touch, sound and words to help the whole system settle and integrate. Level 3 is grounded in a clear principle: first the person, then the protocol. You learn to observe the body without imposing meaning, to work with consent at every step, and to choose each tool according to the person in front of you.

→ The science behind the wisdom: touch, interoception, the window of tolerance and why the state of the body matters in therapy

→ Where emotion is experienced in the body, and how to explore it without interpreting for the client

→ Marma therapy: 16 accessible points from Ayurveda, used with gentle, consensual touch

→ The Metamorphic Technique: gentle, non-directive touch on the feet, hands and head

→ Foot reflexology and emotional ear reflexology (Point Zero, Shen Men and the Concha)

→ Sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls, for individual sessions and groups

→ Constructive hypnotic language: how to guide without suggesting what the client should feel or remember

→ Integrating the tools of all three levels into complete, client-led sessions

TPTS is a complete system. You can take a single level and use its tools, but the certification is awarded only on completion of all three levels, including the exam and case study of each one. No certificate is issued for individual levels. TPTS is a complementary approach and does not replace medical or psychiatric care.
