This training is for therapists, coaches and holistic practitioners who want to work at a deeper level with mind, body and energy, while integrating practical tools they can apply immediately with clients. Each weekend combines explanation, demonstrations and supervised practice so you not only understand the techniques, you embody them.

What you will learn

​

Level 1 – The Awakening: Mind–Body Reset & Energy Alignment
At this foundational stage, you will learn to reset the system and work safely with emotions and energy through:

• OEI (One Eye Integration): Bilateral stimulation for trauma processing.

• EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique): To clear emotional charge through tapping.

• Basic Reiki: Hands-on energy balancing for stress and emotional support.

• Rapid hypnosis techniques: To access the subconscious and facilitate suggestion-based change.

This level is ideal for those starting in holistic healing, coaching or energy work and wanting to build a profound, grounded presence.

Level 2 – The Transformation: Subconscious Navigation & Identity Integration
This  stage prepares you to accompany deep inner processes, including:

• Regression hypnosis (age regression, prenatal, symbolic)

• Parts work and inner dialogue resolution

• Future progression and identity alignment

You will learn how to guide clients through complex emotional structures, from root-cause discovery to full transformation – holding a safe, structured space for reprogramming and integration.

Level 3 – The Embodiment: Somatic Intelligence & Vibrational Healing
Here we move deeper into the body and subconscious memory, working directly with the somatic field through:

• Emotional Massage (Metamorphic Technique, Reflexology, Auriculotherapy, Marma Points)

• Sound Healing (tuning forks, voice, instruments)

• Constructive hypnotic language for relaxation and suggestion

This level focuses on unlocking the body’s memory, releasing emotional residues and harmonising the system through touch, sound and words, while refining your intuitive touch and presence.

Will do this third level in our center MindsetPRO Academy where we count with all materials. It is an opportunity learn and discover beautiful Costa Brava.
