Transcendental Psychosomatic Therapy System

The body remembers what the mind cannot explain.

Online Hypnotherapy

When we are conceived, our nervous system begins developing in constant relationship with the environment around us. Before we have language or a conscious understanding of our experiences, the body is already responding to sensory, emotional and relational information. Early experiences can influence how we later perceive safety, connection, threat and belonging.

As we grow, experiences of connection, rejection, protection, absence, fear or uncertainty can contribute to the patterns through which we relate to ourselves, other people and the world. Some of these responses become automatic. Anxiety, fears, phobias or trauma-related reactions can therefore involve more than conscious thoughts: they may also be expressed through emotional, physiological, behavioural and relational patterns.

For this reason, the therapeutic process works integratively rather than relying on a single technique. The aim is to explore the different levels at which a difficulty may be maintained — conscious and unconscious processes, emotional responses, nervous-system activation, bodily experience and relational patterns — and to select the most appropriate tools according to the person and their therapeutic goals.

An integrative therapeutic approach

Hypnotherapy is one of the central approaches used in the process. Therapeutic hypnosis uses focused attention and an altered state of awareness to work with internal experiences, associations, imagery, beliefs and automatic patterns that may be difficult to access through ordinary conversation alone.

Parts Therapy explores internal conflicts by working with different aspects or “parts” of the person that may hold competing needs, emotions or protective responses. Rather than fighting these responses, the work seeks to understand their function and facilitate greater internal integration.

Regression-based techniques may be used when appropriate to explore earlier experiences and the meaning associated with them. The objective is not to establish uncertain memories as historical fact, but to work therapeutically with the emotions, images, associations and subjective experiences that emerge.

Brain integration and bilateral techniques, including approaches informed by OEI and SHEC, may be incorporated when working with distressing experiences, emotional activation and persistent patterns. These techniques use structured attention and, depending on the method, bilateral or visual stimulation as part of emotional processing.

Somatic and psychosomatic techniques bring attention to the relationship between emotional experience and the body. Physical sensations, breathing, tension, impulses and nervous-system responses can become part of the therapeutic exploration, helping the person develop greater awareness and regulation.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) combines focused attention on an emotional experience with tapping on specific points of the body. It may be incorporated as a complementary emotional-regulation technique and as a practical resource that can also be used between sessions.

Individual Family Constellation work can be incorporated to explore family relationships, roles, loyalties and intergenerational patterns from a systemic perspective. In an individual setting, symbolic representations can help make relational dynamics more visible and provide a different perspective on patterns that may extend beyond the person’s immediate experience.

Transformational and solution-focused coaching becomes particularly valuable when the therapeutic work moves from understanding and processing the past towards consciously creating what comes next. It focuses on resources, decisions, behaviours, goals and practical actions that support the integration of change into everyday life.

NLP-based techniques and future pacing may also be used to explore patterns of perception, internal representations and responses, and to mentally rehearse new ways of responding to situations that previously generated difficulty.

Reiki and energy-based practices may be incorporated as complementary practices for clients who wish to include this dimension in their process. They are used alongside, rather than as substitutes for, psychological or medical care when such care is needed.

How the process works

The work is personalised rather than protocol-driven. Not every technique is used with every person, and the therapeutic approach evolves according to the person’s needs, responses, goals and progress.

The process can be particularly relevant for fears and phobias, anxiety and panic-related experiences, emotional and trauma-related patterns, grief and loss, emotional disconnection, and recurring patterns that continue to affect relationships, behaviour or everyday life.

Depending on the objectives and complexity of the process, ongoing work may extend from 3 to 9 months, generally with two 60-minute online sessions per month.

A shorter process can provide focused work around a specific fear or phobia. A longer process allows more space to explore recurring anxiety, emotional and somatic patterns, relational dynamics and trauma-related experiences, while progressively integrating hypnotherapy with somatic work, brain-integration techniques, systemic approaches and solution-focused coaching.

The purpose is not simply to understand why a pattern exists, but to work with it at the levels at which it is experienced — mind, emotions, body, relationships and behaviour — and then support the integration of new responses into everyday life.

Therapeutic outcomes are individual and cannot be guaranteed. This work does not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric assessment or treatment when these are required, and it is not intended for emergency or crisis situations.
