Level 1 TPTS. Brain Integration, EFT and Reiki

Level 1 – The Awakening: Mind–Body Reset & Energy Alignment This is the foundation of TPTS – Transcendental Psychosomatic Therapy System, an integrative professional training created by Cristodora Buiculescu, founder of MindsetPRO Academy. The system is built on a simple idea: almost every block is a conflict between parts, and lasting change happens when mind, body and energy are brought back into cooperation. In Level 1 you learn to reset the nervous system and work safely with emotions and energy, with practical tools you can apply with clients straight away: → One Eye Integration (OEI): accessing each hemisphere of the brain and using bilateral stimulation to process trauma and emotional charge → EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique): clearing emotional intensity through tapping → Basic Reiki: hands-on energy balancing for stress relief and emotional support → Rapid hypnosis techniques: accessing the subconscious and facilitating suggestion-based change Rather than following a rigid script, you learn to observe verbal and non-verbal cues and choose the right tool at the right moment. What's included: → Around 12 hours of recorded training with explanations and demonstrations → Practice sessions to see the techniques applied step by step → The Level 1 training manual, plus the EFT and HypnoReiki® manuals and practical checklists Ideal for therapists, coaches and holistic practitioners, and for anyone starting in holistic healing or energy work who wants a grounded, body-aware foundation. Level 1 is the entry point to the full pathway and is required before Level 2 (The Transformation) and Level 3 (The Embodiment). You can take this level on its own and use its tools, but TPTS is a complete system: the Transcendental Psychosomatic Practitioner Certification is awarded only on completion of all three levels. No certificate is issued for individual levels. TPTS is a complementary approach and does not replace medical or psychiatric care.
